Teresa has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She has a passion for helping young innovative companies acclimate to the regulatory and Controls environment required by financial institutions. She has managed many different types of projects from small technology implementations to complex divestiture projects with multiple stakeholders. She also has a passion for Third Party Risk Management. Strong knowledge base in Compliance, Privacy, BCDR, Information Security, Consumer Protection and Sourcing/Contracting.

Christy is the CEO of a sustainability company focused on clean water solutions. My background is in strategic marketing, branding and business development. Over the past 18 years, I have co-founded and sold a handful of companies, in areas including health tech, fintech, restaurant technology, and then an app development company and several marketing agencies. I'm here to help with marketing strategies for anyone who needs support, advice, or a quick fix on a problem!

Todd has over 20 years of experience managing digital products and serving as a catalyst for growth. Before founding Dualboot Partners and Bella Tunno, Todd was a founding member of Elogex (Sold to One Network Enterprises), Cloud Logistics (Sold to E2Open), and Castle Digital Partners. Todd is a tech investor and is active in social change. He serves on the boards of Speedway Children’s Charity, American Football Without Barriers, SIM Charlotte, and Bounce Out the Stigma. Todd lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Michelle and daughters Riley and Ella.

Sandeep Uthra has more than two decades experience developing and executing information technology (IT) strategies, including executive roles in the financial services space.
A native of New Delhi, India, Uthra has served in global IT leadership roles in banking, manufacturing, and consulting with corporations in the United States, Asia, and Africa. He is a former Senior Vice President, Business Solution Technology Executive at Bank of America.
Uthra joined Truliant in 2016 as Chief Information Officer and is responsible for developing strategic direction for Truliant’s overall technology landscape and solutions. He leads Truliant’s Enterprise Service Delivery, Advanced technology (AI, Robotics), Enterprise Architecture, Data Analytics, Application Development, Systems Operations, Infrastructure Services, Technology Support Services, Information Security, and Telecommunications teams.
Uthra has distinguished himself as a forward-thinking, transformational, strategic leader who is committed to using his technical and professional expertise to improve the lives of Truliant member- owners.
Key focus areas include member and business-centric technology strategies and implementation, strategic architecture, application managed services, business intelligence and analytics, change management, business process re-engineering and automation, risk management, merger and acquisition, outsourcing and vendor management, among others.
Education and Expertise
Uthra holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Queens University, McColl School of Business and is a graduate of Amravati University, with a Bachelor of Computer Engineering degree. Uthra is also a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional. He has earned a certificate from the University of California, Berkeley for completing its AI Strategy course. In 2019, he was named winner of a prestigious Orbie Award by the Charlotte CIO Leadership Association and in 2020, he joined the organization’s Board of Directors. In 2020 he was selected as a Forbes Technology Council member.

Mark is an innovative and transformational leader with a diverse mix of experience across all three lines of defense in, and as an independent auditor and advisor to, banks and financial services firms. He is a proven influencer, comfortable and capable with board members and the C-suite on strategy, governance, risk management, regulatory matters and transformational initiatives. Mark has held senior roles in both large, complex financial institutions and smaller, fast growing financial firms. Respected for challenging the status quo and for his integrity, authenticity and inclusivity, he has an extensive track record building and leading diverse, high-performing teams and resolving risk and regulatory challenges.
Chief Banking Sales Officer
Dave Hunkele is an advisor to the financial services and Fintech industries through his company, Kreativelabs Consulting. Dave previously served as Head of Banking as a Service at Live Oak Bank, where he oversaw Live Oak’s Fintech and ecosystem partner portfolio for digital innovations. He served on senior leadership teams at S1 Corporation (now ACI Worldwide), Bottomline Technologies and Sterling Commerce (an IBM company). He also previously served as managing director for The Norman Group, a management, strategy and IT consulting group focused on serving Fintech and community, regional and global financial institutions. Dave has deep expertise in SaaS and enterprise software and is passionate about working at the intersection where banking and Fintech meet.
Chief Information Security Officer
Mike is the founder and Managing Principal of Fraction Consulting, a boutique strategy, technology, and cybersecurity advisory firm based out of Charlotte, NC. Mike has over 15 years of strategic cybersecurity and technology risk management experience in the Financial Services and Insurance industries. Prior to starting Fraction Consulting, Mike built, scaled, and led highly functional and globally distributed technology teams at several Fortune 500 companies such as BB&T now Truist, MetLife, and Ally Financial.
